Digital empowerment of MSMEs vital for India'sprogress

Hyderabad: The digitalization of MSMEs will enable them to expand their customer bases, develop new revenue sources, enhance operational effectiveness and worker productivity, the MSME sector is regarded as the foundation of the Indian economy.

It contributes to around 27 per cent of its GDP. It largely aids in the development of rural and underdeveloped areas. According to government data as of April 30, 2022,this segment alone employ'saround 11.10 crore people. Our country's best interest is to strengthen our MSMEs, which can be done through digitization.
